I shopped around a lot in San Diego for a good massage chair, and while Brookstone had good prices, it was for the Chinese made chair and had some flaws that down the road would make me want a better chair. The main problem with those chairs is that the arm and hand massage component doesn't travel back with you when you recline into a Zero gravity position. What's up with that?!! So, I decided to spend the money on the JAPANESE chair, the Inada Dreamwave and this chair is unbelievable. The air massage is strong and thorough, the options are endless, and it has japanese precision. I also drive a Honda Element for the same reasons as I wanted a Japanese massage chair. If you have the money, buy this chair and skip going to Starbucks for a year and you'll come out neutral. Also, Sara was very knowledgeable which also influenced me to buy from her instead of locally. Then they sent me a box of chocolates as a thank you which I thought was a nice touch. My only complaint is that my fiancee is spending too much time in the massage chair! lol.- Chris Simmons
