The Osaki OS Pro 4D DuoMax massage chair gives you two massage therapists at once. A 4D roller works your neck, shoulders and upper back while a separate 3D roller works your lower back, glutes and hamstrings, both running at the same time on an SL Flex Track that follows your spine as you recline.
Before each session, Intelligent Health Detection sensors check your heart rate, blood oxygen and fatigue level, and the chair adjusts pressure and focus to match. Add 36 air cells, heated jade cores, piano key arm massage, deep calf kneading and 2-stage zero gravity, and you get a full body massage with deep tissue pressure at home, sized for users from about 5'0" to 6'4".
It's built for people who want deep, therapist-style pressure every day without booking appointments: athletes who need recovery, desk workers with neck and shoulder tension, and households that want one massage chair for every family member. Every Osaki OS Pro 4D DuoMax massage chair from MassageChairs.com ships with free curbside delivery and a free 5-year extended warranty.

Two Massage Mechanisms, One Session
Most massage chairs use a single roller carriage. It works your neck, then your mid back, then your lower back one area at a time. Even a typical single-track 4D massage chair can only work one area at a time.
The Osaki OS Pro 4D DuoMax massage chair uses two independent mechanisms, which Osaki calls a "four-hand" massage. The 4D mechanism works the upper body while the 3D mechanism works the lower body, so it feels like two therapists working together.
For people with muscle tension in both the neck and lower back, that means more coverage in less time and a more human-like full body massage. It is the main reason the DuoMax stands out among 4D massage chair options in its price range.
Dual 4D + 3D Massage Mechanism
At the heart of the Osaki OS Pro 4D DuoMax massage chair is the Duo Mech 4D+3D mechanism. The upper 4D mechanism uses quad precision rollers that adjust depth, speed and rhythm to simulate human like movements across the neck, shoulders and back.
The lower 3D mechanism works the lumbar area, glutes and hamstrings at a set depth for firm, consistent pressure. Because the two mechanisms move independently, the 4D DuoMax massage chair delivers precise and effective relief for muscle tension from head to thigh.
4D vs 3D vs 2D Rollers: What's the Difference?
-
2D rollers move up and down and side to side only. There is no depth adjustment, so pressure is the same for every user.
-
3D rollers push out from the backrest and provide a fixed depth for firmer, consistent pressure, but they are less advanced than 4D rollers because speed and rhythm stay fixed.
-
4D rollers adjust depth and speed for personalized massages, varying rhythm so they speed up, slow down and linger like a therapist's hands.
Most 4D massage chair models put one 4D roller on one track. The OS Pro 4D DuoMax massage chair gives you both: 4D rollers up top and 3D rollers below, for a wider range of massage techniques than any single-mechanism chair.
SL Flex Track
A standard SL-track is fixed to the shape of the backrest, so rollers can lose contact as the chair reclines. The DuoMax breaks that limit with the SL Flex Track, a flexible track system that follows the spine's natural curvature. Standard SL-track systems lack that flexibility.
The SL Flex Track holds a fixed angle relative to the backrest while providing full coverage from your neck and shoulders to your hamstrings. In zero gravity, the rollers stay in contact and deliver a deep massage instead of skimming the surface.
Intelligent Health Detection
The 4D DuoMax massage chair incorporates intelligent sensors that scan your body before the massage begins. A built in health monitor in the armrest detects heart rate, blood oxygen levels and a fatigue index.
The chair's AI technology then personalizes each massage based on those detected metrics, building a personalized massage experience tailored to your body's current condition and adjusting pressure, speed and focus areas. A body scan also maps your shoulder height and back length so the rollers land in the right place for each user.
Heat, Air Compression and Arm Massage
2 Heated Jade Cores and Body Heat Therapy
The Osaki OS Pro 4D DuoMax massage chair integrates 2 heating cores made with heated jade that move along the contours of your back. This function delivers targeted relief by combining the benefits of massage and heat.
The DuoMax's heat therapy warms and helps ease soreness in the lower back area, while body heat therapy extends warmth to the chest and stomach area.
Piano Key Arm Massage
Arms are often a forgotten feature in typical massage chairs, which use a single airbag that squeezes and releases. The innovative piano key massage crafted by Osaki uses a row of independent air pads instead.
The piano key massager wraps your arms in a gentle embrace and presses in sequence, like keys on a piano, for soothing sensations from forearm to hand. It is a favorite for desk workers with forearm and wrist tension.
Where typical massage chairs squeeze the whole arm at once, this innovative piano key massage moves in a wave that feels closer to hands, adding soothing sensations and targeted relief to every program.
36 Air Cells Full-Body Compression
The Osaki OS Pro 4D DuoMax massage chair includes 36 airbags covering the shoulders, arms, hips, calves and feet. Air compression squeezes and releases muscles to help improve circulation and recovery.
Choose from 5 intensity levels, from a light squeeze to firm compression. The airbag massages work with the rollers in every auto program, and a dedicated Full Airbag mode lets you enjoy compression on its own.
Calf, Foot and Leg Massage
Deep Calf Kneading
The Osaki OS Pro 4D DuoMax provides deep calf massages for soreness in the leg muscles. Calf rollers knead the calf muscles while airbag massages compress them, so this thorough massage reaches both calves and the Achilles area.
Deep calf massages are where many high-end chairs fall short, and it is one of the DuoMax's biggest advantages over other 4D massage chairs.
Specialized Foot Rollers
The specialized foot rollers use scientifically designed reflexology ridges that press on acupuncture points across the arch and heel, delivering targeted relief to tired feet. With 2 foot rollers for each foot, you get a thorough massage from heel to toe. Foot reflexology runs in most auto programs, so those acupuncture points get attention in every session.
Automatic Extendable Footrest
The DuoMax's automatic extendable footrest stretches up to 6.5 inches and adjusts to your leg length, so every family member gets the same full lower body massage.
Smart Voice Control
With Avalon's voice control feature, you can easily utilize the chair without having to lift a finger. Just follow the guidelines and commands in the manual and the chair will respond with fast reactivity.
36 Air Cells Massage
The DuoMax includes a total of 36 airbags in the massage chair, providing coverage to shoulders, arms, hips, calves, and feet.
Zero Gravity and Space Saving Technology
Inspired by NASA, the zero gravity position raises your legs to the level of your heart. In the 2-stage zero gravity position, you rest in a state of near weightlessness that helps release pressure on the spine and lets the rollers sink deeper.
With Osaki's Space Saving Technology, the Osaki OS Pro 4D DuoMax massage chair can sit just 5.5 inches from the wall and still recline fully, which makes it a good fit for bedrooms, home offices and smaller living rooms.
Smart Controls and Comfort Features
Smart Voice Control
With the DuoMax's voice control feature, you can start programs, adjust intensity and recline without lifting a finger, or use the touchscreen remote and side control panel. Smart voice control is especially handy in the zero gravity position, when the remote is out of reach.
Negative Oxygen Ions
The Osaki OS Pro 4D DuoMax massage chair is equipped with built-in negative air ionization therapy. Negative air ionization therapy releases negative oxygen ions near the headrest to freshen the air around you during a session.
Removable Headrest
The removable headrest on the DuoMax massage chair lets you customize the optimal massage for different head positions: leave it on for softer, padded neck work, or take it off for direct roller contact and a deeper neck and shoulder massage.
Automatic Extendable Footrest
Stretching up to 6.5 inches, the DuoMax’s automatic extendable footrest allows users of different heights to enjoy the chair.
Specialized Foot Rollers
The Specialized Foot Rollers in the DuoMax were created to activate a series of acupuncture points using scientifically designed reflexology ridges . The footrest contains 2 rollers for each foot, giving a thorough massage from heel to toe.
Negative Oxygen Ions
The DuoMax is equipped with built-in negative air ionization therapy. According to research, negative air ionization therapy helps relieve stress and improve energy.
Removable Headrest
The DuoMax holds a removable headrest, which may help customize the optimal massage for all head positions.
